I ideated and launched W Magazine’s #WithMe series as a strategic response to a production problem: when the pandemic shut down traditional shoots, W needed a way to keep producing timely video content without studios, crews, travel, or in-person talent production.
The series capitalized on the rapid shift toward at-home content, translating audience interest in tutorials, routines, self-care, cooking, fitness, and low-fi talent-led formats into a scalable editorial video model for the brand.
I developed the remote-first production framework, including talent outreach, self-shoot guidance, raw-footage workflows, edit structure, social cutdowns, publishing strategy, and rollout across YouTube, WMag.com, Instagram, TikTok, and social.
The series gained early platform traction, including YouTube Fashion playlist placement and social amplification, while establishing a repeatable remote-production model that attracted ongoing talent and publicist interest.
